I just reached 50 days in bench. What's next ? Will HR come and reach me for resignation with 3/5 months salary? Will I get the work experience certificate if I resign ? Or will I get terminated with evidence(someone from bench told this story) just to terminate ?

You will be asked to resign voluntarily by end of day and get 5 months salary, if not you can get a weeks extension to look for a project, but then you lose the 5 months salary option and shall be terminated in case you fail to find a project
