I completed few months of training, followed by three months without any project allocation. Now, they’re saying I have a skill gap and putting me through the same training again, but with heavy tasks I can’t fully understand. After review, they’re asking me to redo the work. If I don’t complete it or escalate during training, will I be put on bench or terminated?
