Does know anyone know notice period while being on PDP bench?

Currently I’m on PDP bench and aging is not yet started. If I’ll resign today then when they will release me??

Do I need to serve 3 month notice period or will get immediate release???

Current situation: coming to bench coming month. Expecting an offer then also. My team has a 28 day notice period also from account team so they don't let me come to bench directly and they have the time to get me a project.

Say NO..say you want to seek opportunities within Cognizant seek release and come on bench. And, don't get into a project and move with your offer.

If you are on bench and resign officially it is 90 days but someone from Hr will call you and say they can reduce the np since they are eager to make people go away.
