Trending @Capgemini; Bench, need suggestions

After 3 years and 2 projects, I got released and have been on bench since November. Now my manager wants me to work on his project(my 1st project), come to office 3 days a week in 6:30 AM shift — no allowance since I’m not billable. Feeling stuck and unsure
