Trending @Infosys; Bench manager not reverting to mails for early release

Hey guys I am on notice period from 30th Of April and have been on bench from 3 months. I want to get an early release as I have another offer where I have joining next month. Currently my bench manager is not reverting to emails or team pings and HR keeps on sating get approval from him for earl release.

What more can I do? I really hate this retarded process, is there any way to buy out or guide me what more could I follow to get the early release.
