Bench in TCS

Totally I have 2.4 years experience in tcs. I had been on bench for 1.2 year and then I got allocated to an account. But there is no work till now (didn't provide any client project yet). During these days I have learnt some programming language and DSA. So, is it better to get release from this project and search for other project in tcs or to switch. Please give your suggestions.
