Bench for 1 year

Bench for one year even though the previous project was a development project. What to do? Trying to switch but not getting responses from other companies.Mainly accenture, applying every time with recent jobs within 24hrs posts but still no response. Any suggestions ?

U can abuse RMG and the HR for their incompetency and good for nothing.. and just hatching eggs sitting in the office.. find ur own project.. and don't be dependent on RMG...
