Resources who are on bench are they getting any demand mapping mails for project requirements?
For me mapping got stopped from March 1st week and i checked with my TPD manager as he said you got blocked by central TPD team and they had informed us to check with HR.
Does anyone faced same issue please let me know here.
I got recent rating is Needs Improvement.
If you are rated as NI you will still be considered for projects ,you have to be proactive and connect with tpd anchor and unit managers and get any project, by this you will be out of the threat of being terminated.
Central bench code people do get demand mapping even after 2-3 months or more of bench period. All depends on your Skills and if it's currently in demand for projects or not. Better start reaching out to PM\Projects from your end , involve in some skilling programm as well
