Hello all today I got mail. As a part of bench enablement and reskill initiative,you have been identified to undergo trainings and certifications corresponding to lex work profiles mapped to you. What does this mean...we have to complete traings on lex or what? Or like daily call will be there where we will be given one senior who like will evaluate us or whay?

Can anyone tell what is this?

We have to completed all the mandatory trainings and certifications if we are bench we wont be allocated to any project till we complete all those

No means …there will be any daily calls or mentor will be there or what…or just we have to go by ourselves and complete courses

There will be weekly calls to track updates that happened in my case
