I have joined in February, and im lateral joinee not a fresher. But im on bench since i have been joined. Is there anything that will effect to my employment here? Please give your inputs.

No, I don't think so. But by the mean time try as much as possible to get into the project. Contact your Tpd manager or for whatever technology you were hired, contact the managers.
