Bench during the maternity
Hi iam on bench and 7th pregnent Rmg is forcing to apply maternity 8 weeks before due date. I tried to convience them that i will apply 4 weeks before but they are not listening.
What if we not apply maternity and staying on bench? Any one faced this issue?

No project can onboard you for 3weeks.. it's better to apply leaves or do as RMG says.
Rmg should consider, but if he too much forcing and asking to stay in office 6 hrs ,health is first priority
U can take after ,as u need leaves later part to take care of baby.. u can apply 4 weeks before..
Only issue I think is to RMG, not you. RMG can’t add you into a project and at the same they need to pay you from unallocated budget.
