Bench duration
I’m currently in bench, I got selected to a project but BGC from project end is taking too long than expected, till then I am into bench worried if there is any dead line to stay at bench.
Use this time wisely and dedicate a few hours daily to learning a new skill else you'll regret it later when you're stuck in a project with no real learning and working in UK/US timings with little work to show for experience when making a switch
Facing this. Used to work in US shift and dedicated my time fully working for the client instead of upskilling. Now I’m on bench and spending the entire day in upskilling. I have 3.5 years of relevant experience but the quantity and quality of work I have is equal to 2 years of experience. Regret badly for not focusing on myself and my skills
