Trending @Infosys; Bench Duration and Next Steps After Project Rejections

I joined in April 2024 and worked on a project until April 2025, where I received a "Met Expectations" rating. Since the end of that project, I’ve been on the bench. I’ve had two project interviews but couldn’t clear them. My manager advised me to focus on upskilling, which I’m currently doing.

With 4.9 years of experience, I’d like to understand how long I can be kept on the bench if I don’t get selected for upcoming opportunities, and what actions the company might take in that case.
