What's going on in Infy - It's been 3 years and no clarity till now. No Skills... No proper project... No Guidance.... No Career growth Don't know when this will end... Zero Confidence to switch...

I can relate a lot bro 😢... 3 yrs experience worked in project for less than a year . Now it's been almost 1.1yr in bench . Don't know what to do 😞, planning to switch and started prep , might get terminated before switching only for sure.
You joined Infosys with 3 years experience and worked in that project or you are a fresher and those 3 years includes your proj exp as well as bench time ?
No joined as fresher only , not exactly 3 years completed,if u count from since deployed to specific unit it's been , 2.2 year almost . For a year close to worked on project , then got benched , as they said over extra resources for that project,so had to relive some people
Go to your manager and ask to assign a good or atleast single tech project
Infy provides a lot of external certification Vouchers avail this opportunity and do those, apply for project opportunities and accelerate task meanwhile keep building side projects to build a strong profile.
I was on bench last year learn automation 😂 testing nd they give me functional ui mannual testing project before having project i have a skill and confidence in automation atleast 😂 and now i don't have any of one + i forgot all my learnings doing this data entry operator job and once in week i feel too frustrated 😂😂 nd now I'm planning to put paper without anything coz that is final option I'm guessing i have also3 years experience
