How long we can be in bench at Accenture and what is the process if I doesn’t get project in 3 months ?

I was benched for 7 month when i joined as fresher...initially they give me training for 2.5 month in apache hadoop...then benched for 7 month then suddenly give me workday integration training and certification and assigned me workday project

You can go to career marketplace in workday and apply internally in projects and connect to recruting managers internally....workday home -> top left menu - > career marketplaces
Its the same page where you refer other people, you can also apply internally on the same
