What if bench Associates won't follow RTO for some reasons. Will it affect to get project?

Yes as in any company we have to abide by rules and regulations, if we don't follow we need to give proper justification.

I follow RTO and even then these HRs are sending RTO violation mails 😶

First You will receive warning email from hr, and then they will be terminated if you are not following RTO
