Bench and wfo do we need to go to office when on bench everyday or only when RMG hr asks?
How does bench and rto work? Will RMG hr ask to come everyday and report or only on specific days?

I'm on bench for 2 months now RMG asked me to report to team one day and swipe the remaining days in another office but 5 days is mandatory

Why on bench for 2 months? Are they not forcing you to accept some random project? I heard rmg people force. Just trying to understand how rmg works since i have been asking for release and have never worked with these rmg guys till now

No I'm taking calls but saying that I'm looking for tech change and they are dropping they won't take us into the project without our approval as far as i know yoe 3 years
