Trending @Infosys; Bench and rating policy

I am on bench since last 2 months. Barely got two interviews calls and I did not get selected. Is there any risk to being on bench as Alcon is showing 30 Nov . Is there any chance to get NI rating while on bench and what would be consequences ?
