Trending @Capgemini; Bench and NEED FOR IMPROVEMENT rating

Hi all, I am on bench and I got need for improvement because managers were not happy with my work. Now that I am not in any project, my mabager told she will talk to RMG and HR regarding to give me tasks so that my Need for improvement can be closed on positive note. What should I do and has it happened to anyone of you?
