1: Can you take leaves when on the 45 day bench.
2: Will the bench period be extended by the number of days you take leave for.

If you are not billable then you are in bench/ free pool. Bench will not be extended if you take leaves. If you have leave balance in hand your lop can ve postponed with you balance number of days.( if you are in freepool til 45th day.then your lop will start after 45+10th day. I guess it's not needed to take leave while on bench.

@MOONSTAR how sure are you. I think u can take leaves on Bench ?. If you take 40 days leave then bench cannot be zero days.
