Below what percent its treated as RTO non compliant? Anyone has any idea?

Ok then why do they provide variable pay for the range between 75-85 if its considered as non compliant?

As per HR WFO policy one will be considered RTO non compliant if attendance is below 85 and from there to 60 they reduce VO and below 60 you won't get any variable pay.

So below 85 non compliant with less vpay.
