Bellandur high rent
We 2 roomates looking for a 1 bhk in Bengaluru. I has a office near Helios tech park and other has a office in Koramangala. We are looking for a flat in Bellandur as it is the center point for both of us but a decent 700 to 800 sq ft flat is costing 35k for a unfurnished flat. Please suggest if I should proceed with the flat or look in some other area?
Is it really worth it? 35k per month?
Lets say you choose to live outskirts..
20k travel 5k keep maid 5k and have 5k grocery
If you feel 5k is too less double it wherever required...
Still your entire expenses will hardly cross 50k..
And you might be living with friends so 30k will be solo expense...
Bro, just to live closer to the office is not going to make any difference, but pull out the savings from your pocket..
Incase you have plenty to spend and nothing to worry like buying house, or paying installments... Live lavish life.. 35k is good
