Being Underpaid as a PM ?

Fellow Product Managers. Looking to switch company as I believe I am being underpaid , wanted to understand current market compensation for following roles.

  • YOE - 5.5 yrs
  • CCTC - 31 LPA ( 22 fixed + 9 esops)

Please help me with the information,

Should increase fixed portion to 30 LPA from what I understand. Esops are different for each company.

For PM1/PM2 Current Market: 25-28L fixed
Ideal market: >30L fixed

For SPM 38-55L fixed

Fixed component is less. You need to get to fix plus variable of atleast 34-35 Esops is always above what you get. Cannot be a replacement of cash.
