Being Unallocated affects?
I got released on the 13th. I am currently unallocated. I am currently working on skills to upgrade. And I have not filled the form provided by RMG yet to update the skills. If I will be unallocated for one month does that affect anything. what is the time period till we can be unallocated, can anyone let me know?
Yes it affects your QVP, after 3 months on bench it reduces to around 90% so you get only 10% QVP and few more months on bench it goes to nill as your deployment index eventually comes down below 25%
Its okay if you are not filling out forms but do not ignore any rmg mail as they may block your account and stop salary until you find a project.
Finding a project is not easy here and time taking as 80% of the calls from project you will not hear any response from them after being evaluated.
So do report to rmg and also do not miss any drives sent by rmg in mails.
And ensure atleast few swipe hours are recorded to avoid any forcible leaves applications/account suspensions.
