Being Released !
I got a call from myamager that I will be getting released by August end. I laughed at myself that what a great time to be get released. My manager told that this internal shift is required as TCS is not hiring from market for sometime. I don't know of any one else faced this type of release. What is your thoughts on this? I am being pulled out from billable role to other projects.
The same happened with me and I got a call from my manager to release me from project. And the next day I got a call from the new project in the same account but they were told not to onboard due to restricting
My manager told me that I will be releasing from the account itself. So I need to find any other projects in my ISI or even outside ISU.
What does it mean folks ? Any project can take another project 's people ? Sach mein ?
Bit strange they are pulling me out of billable role and I am deployed with a team and then they want me to fill some crucial vacancies in other projects as they arr not hiring from outside anymore.
Some projects are identifying people and pressurising RMG to release so that they can take them into their account.dont think negative it might be for good.
Yes my manager also hinted something like this. I am confident and taking it in a positive way. Let's see.

Yes they are shifting many C3A and C3B also .Might be your area had many C3A and B . I heard managers they were saying everyone will get call from RMG its upto them of they are able to crack other projects interview
