Yes, now what is issue with grade...HR did mentioned this clause....while they were explaining the reason....now grade also coming into the play...Strange nothing today beyond this...What a company!!!

Every quarter after results there is a message from Milind Lakkad on QVA where its clearly mentioned that 100% QVA will be given upto C2 grade and C3A and above will get depeding on their unit performance.
I know they are all playing with employees but this is what it is.
What I have seen is people above C2 are not maintaining wfo index as anyway they aren't going to get anything.
If the parameters/factors on which QVP could be calculated, then I’m pretty sure people above C2 would have done their absolute best to meet that criteria. But the sad part is, TCS never wants their mid/senior level employees to know about it. Which is why, you get to see what we’re seeing.
Above C2, the QVA is based on Unit performance, and the Units never ever perform, my experience since the past 1.5 years. QVA between 25-40% in that period. Salary cut for the higher levels saves more for TCS. "How to run a company 101"
