My take, there's no upside to marry an Indian girl, even if she is good looking, the laws here suck and country sucks with regressive politics and lack of hygiene and civic sense. Id marry someone from a first world country with less crime rate and employee friendly policies and better sanitation.

Indian woman are more empathetic and open to communication. Indians dont see them as submissive or docile anymore. They know what they want and will go to any extent to make it work, if they want to !!
