Being a male, what all you can cook on your own?

Khichdi, Pulao, Jeera Rice and Tadka Dal, Different kinds of simple curry vegetables (alu-gobhi, soya, cluster beans, carrot, peas etc.. )
+ Masala veggies maggie (which I guess everyone knows from hostel days)

I feed my wife with delicious rice items whenever she is sick...

I tried chapati as well... But shape is an issue. Creates a map of Iran always instead of round shape Chapati.

I can boil eggs, make toasted bread in the toaster, and stir instant coffee powder into a cup of milk, for a complete breakfast 🤣

I mean... There just one base you can use and just put any vegetable. Rice is just boiling grains. What else... Only difficult stuff i guess is the festive eatables.. achaar etc... Need advanced skills for those..
