Hey guys, I've 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing and currently heads a team of 10 people for a DM agency. I work with international clients and my ROI is around 3. Despite all my efforts I'm stuck at 40k a month and don't think I'll every grow past this glass ceiling. I've see guys with less experience and skills earn way more cause they can travel/relocate to tier 1 cities. I'm unable to do and feel stuck here. Is this it for me? What can I possibly do to earn more?
