I spend my own time, 2, 3 colleagues have breaks and beers with the manager. Nowadays I can see favouritism and bias behaviour only to support them. How to handle it. I didn't have another job 😕.

Talk to HR directly. favoritism is not cool 😎.

Don't you dare to do this because HRs are the Dogs of operation team and they both will make your life miserable if you dare to talk about this.

I've seen the same in my project that person got promoted and good hike and half of the time does half the work but gets full credit

If you find it difficult then upgrade ur skills and start giving interview and leave once you get offer.. that is the best you can do

That's how the corporate world is get used to it. You just don't need good technical skills but other skills to get along well with management

Accenture managers are left with no humanity. If you are not a good boot licker then you are useless for them It doesn't matter how seriously you take your work profile.
