Been with USI tax for over 8 years & being offered promotion with another firm in Hyd as manager. What comp package should I be seeking out?

I have got an offer from Deloitte USI for 14 LPA fixed and 15.4LPA CTC for 4 Years of experience in SAP. I wanted to understand how Deloitte is in terms of hikes, hybrid model, promotion etc

I joined Deloitte USI as an Audit Assistant via Campus Placement at a starting package of 5.5LPA. One year down the line my package has raised to 7LPA and it'll rise to 9LPA by May 2025.
