Trending @Accenture; Been with my org for ~4 years now. Last promotion was 2.3 years ago, nothing in this Sept cycle either. Base pay is less than 6 LPA

Now I’m honestly confused — should I just resign even without an offer? I feel confident I’ll land something better, but not sure if that’s the right move.
