
Been put into PIP without proper reason as a fresher🙂
Hi guy's, During the month of November my associate manager connected with me and said that I was put on PIP saying that my performance didn't reached there expectations....
To be honest I didn't even got a single escalation mail and i didn't done anything wrong in the project that would impact the team or i didn't make any issue that was created by me. I have asked her what is the actual reason that I put on into IP. Simply she said focus on your work and try to do tasks at time and check on the mails actively for this PIP plan. And she didn't mentioned anything that I was wrong at something that cause me put into PIP
And immediately called my TL asked him that am I performing that avg he asked me why. I said I was been put into PIP without proper reason shockingly he said yea the same discussion happened with our manager that she said someone from the team has to be put into IP and in my team only 2 of us associates are there and one is recently got into the project. So in 2 of us without proper reason i have been put into IP. Even I got into the project like 5-6months...
Last week had a call with HR and my manager regarding the tasks that I have to do Today i got a probation mail that my probation will be upto Apr and my pip phase will end at the end of Feb they will give the final result by that time.
What should I do guy's... Will they take me back? As my TL said that from other teams manager have decided to remove 2 people And saying 99% there won't be risk you will be saved make sure to perform well in IP plan.
I'm thinking of what if the tables turn....

After when I got to know abt this PIP i tried to connect with my manager and talk but no matter how many times i ping her she won't be available or say that give me few mins... Even my senior manager connected with me immediately when I asked for call regarding this...
