Been interviewing candidates, almost every other CV mentions working with Microservices.
It looks like Microservices has become a buzz word nowadays just because it's the trend, and everyone putting it in their CV. But very few seem to have good knowledge about them. They don't even know how they are registered or the Design Patterns involved.

If a person is not getting a chance to work on microservices based application in his current work what should he/she should do? People can upskill and add on resume and then give interviews , don't see any other way
