Rest job

Every single day Every single weight lifted Everytime I was corrected and guided Not everyday felt with growth But I need to become strong

I cannot lose ever again I lost everyone close to me It's the least I can do to mourn them There is no home The land is my bed The sky is their hug

For every shell I destroyed A part of me died Was I becoming heartless? I highly doubt that

Dont train every single day. Keep it 4 to 5 days 1 to 1.5 hour a day. Body needs rest else u will burn out (unless u r on steroids).
