Many times you are not ugly , you are just inactive so that you are not doing workouts , skincare , following healthy diet by avoiding junk food for good hair and supple skin and taking multivitamins , all these cost much lesser than hair transplant nd facial restructuring but can help you go long way if you have thik thak hairs
