bech period is 35 business days or overall 35 days including sat and sunday as well ?

As per new hr policy, it's inclusive of Saturday Sunday and holiday

Calculate is simple total working days is 260 out of it 225 days have to deployed in project then remaining 35 days can be on bench. So Sat-Sun is excluding but holidays are including.
