Be careful if you’re in Digital Cadre
All who has cleared digital or in digital, be careful otherwise TCS has plan to revoke or tactically not give digital compensations to you!
My digital is now permanent as I got ITA promotion but my friend who cleared wings 1 almost 3-4 months ago still hasn’t got the compensation letter for digital.
His digital is ON HOLD because his HR told that you have to WFO compliant with 6 hrs daily in ODC. and he is told that first complete this compliance for a quarter then possibly you’ll get compensation letter.
He asked HR there is no such rule mentioned in wings1, HR told him that she knows but this is known policy that you must be 100% compliant to continue digital.
There could be plans like if you are not compliant for such rules then in that particular month your digital variable will not provided.
BE CAREFUL GUYS… TCS HAS ADOPTED RADICAL POLICIES

Poora procedure batana bro c1 se c2 ka kitna time laga kab hua kisne kiya kaise kiya ? Manager ki iccha pe hai ya bolne padta hai manager ko baar baar? If possible detail main bata do because google ya kisi bhi aur jagah yeah baat properly mentioned hai. Nahin ki promotion hota kaise hai.
