Trending @Infosys; Basket of Allowances

Hi guys, I've recently joined Infosys. I've a certain amount allocated to Basket of Allowances which includes HRA, Medical expenses, Conveyance allowance etc.

My query is : Where shall I submit the relevant bills/invoices so as to reduce the total tax liability. If someone could help me with the detailed process along with the portal where to submit the invoices.

On a side note, I've submitted the HRA but for medical expenses and conveyance I don't see anything where I can upload the bills and treat those as reimbursement and get a tax waiver.
