Depends if during the acquisition phase this was discussed with you guys or your management. There is a unit that I know of that was acquired by Accenture and they have been considered for this year’s cycle.

If you joined in mid-2024, you might not get a hike by the end of the year. Typically, hikes are given after completing one year.
