As per our discussion, Your LWD will be revised to 1st April 2025 with waiver off your balance unserved notice period days.
Today HR send this above mail regardung my early release i didnt get it
As she told during phone discussion she told that your remaing notice period pay will be given to you is this correct ???
Reply to the same email asking HR the following: will I be paid for the NP days which have been waived off as per the policy? As we discussed over call. See as per the policy if you are being relieved early by company then they are liable to pay you in basic for the number of days that have been waived off. Its that simple.
@MonstrousBandanna i can see in privisional FnF it showing they cut my basics from my pay is that provisional FnF is system generated so it showing like this??
