Basic pay revision and Gratuity query
Hi, anybody knows when the Basic pay is going to be increased Which in turn can increase Gratuity.
Did anyone resign recently i.e. in 2026 , so they can advise if full and final settlement reflected this new changes?

Basic pay revision law is still yet to be implemented. Its a proposal so its going to stay the same.
Gratuity is followed as normal as of this moment 4 years 7 months or 4 years 190 days to be exact.
New changes once they come into effect there will be a cool off period by which orgs will implement but then they can skew around and there will be clauses to ensure there will be minimal variation.
Honestly best way forward dont stay loyal upskill get exp and jump
