That’s the sad reality, when I first joined infosys I was also confused after first payslip or so
PF AND Gratuity from the same component and also the tax and infosys trust money will also get deducted
As if in other companies,you don't have to pay taxes and PF😂
May be you did not understand, the take home is not shown properly in Infosys offer letters or hike letters.
Ex: Accenture, they will give the exact component what you will receive in your pocket.
In infosys breakup what we see is employer one and employee one is cut again
I have also experienced the same, they are deducting twice - The pf, gratuity, professional tax, infosys welfare trust. After deducting all these whatever amount you are left with do the deductions again which are mentioned in your payslip would be your payable amount. I had raised ticket also but nothing happened, guess this is how it works here. Any info is appreciated.

I onlh went 8 days to office this month. Do they deduct 2 days salary? As im not fulfilling 10 days?
No, please wait for the payslip. You have to subtract PF , gratuity, income tax, welfare trust, professional tax from your fixed salary. Then you will get the credited salary. Since you joined January the performance bonus/ variable pay will not be there this time.
Employee pf will also be deducted from salary
