Trending @Accenture; Base pay hike june 2025

I got my promotion in mar 2024, will I get any hike in June 2025? Will the management consider me for the hike? I heard from many people that we won't get any hikes in the June cycle, but can I expect atleast 3 to 5%? I feel It's better than nothing.
