Base location transfer under medical grounds

I’m working in bangalore and i’m going to release from the client this month.

My dad had serious health issues and recently had surgery I have all the medical documents.

Please let me know the process of transfer of my location from bangalore Hyderabad and is that possible under medical grounds.

I’m the only son to take care my parents.
