Trending @Accenture; Base location transfer to Bhubaneswar

Hello Team, Recently I joined Accenture (27th December 20223). My current base location is Bangalore BDC7B. So when I applied for transfer in the portal I was unable to do that. Where we get popups like We have to complete the 12 Months at least in one location. So what can I do now? Please give me suggestions if you know or are faced with the same issues. Note: My team members are working from PAN India location with rotational shift.
