Trending @Accenture; Base location Compliance mail

My official base location is Pune, but I've been reporting from Hyderabad since February with my manager's verbal approval. I've now received an email about base location compliance, stating I need to report from Pune.

My manager isn't responding to my attempts to discuss this.

Do I need to report to my base location immediately, or is there usually some time to resolve this?
