Do we need to stay in the base location throughout the month? I have been attending the office once a week. My lead says that even on the days we are not attending the office, we are still expected to stay in the base location throughout the month.
Are there any consequences if we are not in the base location on the days we are not attending the office?
Why you are informing your lead that you are not at base location?
If he asks simply say I am at base location. And update address in workday. You can update friend or relative address.
If you see the faq of recent mail regarding the same you will see that if you are in different city with reasonable distance from base location and traveling with public transport excluding airways to come to the office then it's fine
This base location policy is the worst Accenture had. It doesn't make any sense.
Just change the company and move on .
Accenture thinks everyone has their own house to live in every base location in India.
Same question ❓ in my mind, it's looking like we have around the office after visiting weekly once , Don't know what they are trying to do.
I don't know how that makes sense, even when you are attending the one day mandatory visit.🙃
