Trending @Accenture; Base location change regarding
I have friends whose project transferred them to their hometown where ATCI office is there. My project doesn't have any constraints of me working from this location ( I can work from anywhere) . But when connected with PMO or HR they say due 24months policy they cannot change my base location. Its been 7months I have joined. Who from my project can help me in this? My pl/tl is very supportive so she won't say no for my transfer. Suggestions are appreciated 👍🏻
Bro no one can help you on this...even though ur tl/ manager will approve it.Your hr will reject it.And without HR approval base location cant change.But one thing you can do you can ask your PL/TL to raise an OIT for you
I'm reporting from different locations than my base location shall I ask for OIT . Or is it ok as I am going office once a week
