What is the process of changing the base location when you are already in some project?

My project odc is not in the location i want to transfer to then what is the best way for me to change my base location?

The same in my case. I am sitting in OOZ.
Per my understanding, if you have a dedicated OOZ in your base location then you can sit there irrespective of your availability of ODC.

I think you can change on your own in the ultimatix(under my profile) and approvals will be there from PM and HR.
